Looking for a super sweet pittie to snuggle with on those cold winter nights? Well Look no further! Azul is your boy! Azul is super affectionate and LOVES to give as many kisses as you will allow him to give. He is very smart, very treat motivated, and knows sit.

Azul will have bursts of zoomies and then can settle down quietly for hours. His number one goal in life is to be close to his humans, and he is, by definition, a velcro dog. Azul also loves toys and walks well on leash. Azul also adores belly rubs, and really to be touched all over. He finds it very soothing!

Dogs: Azul enjoys the company of other dogs. His foster home contains a Chihuahua, a medium young female dog and a large senior male dog who can barely walk. Azul is respectful of the senior dog and understands that he cannot play. Azul plays very nicely with the two younger dogs and is very sensitive to their social cues.

Cats: Azul is current being fostered with 2 cats! His ability to live with cats in his forever home may depend on the humans and the cat. One kitty he sort of gets overstimulated by and wants to chase and another he ignores. He hasn’t been in his foster home for very long though… so we think with time, this behavior will lessen/subside. As well as having help from his humans with learning.

Crate: Azul is crate trained and stays in a crate during the day while his foster family is out and at bedtime.

Kids: Azul's foster home has two energetic young children and he adores them both. The children, in turn, adore Azul.

Azul can come off as being a bit shy at first, but he really only needs a few minutes to warm up, and before you know it, you will be showered in doggie kisses!
